Award of Share Options 21 Sep 2007

Neuropharm Group plc (AIM: NPH), a speciality pharmaceutical group focused on the development of medicines for the treatment of neuro-developmental disorders, announces that on 19 September 2007, the Company's Executive Directors were awarded share options by the Company's Remuneration Committee, which is comprised wholly of Non-Executive Directors. Options have been granted to Neuropharm's Chief Executive Officer, Robert Mansfield, and its Chief Financial Officer, Graham Yeatman, under the Company's Share Option Scheme (the 'Scheme'). These grants were part of the annual, company-wide performance-based remuneration review.

FDA Grants Neuropharm Orphan Drug Designation 28 Feb 2007
