Options have been granted to Neuropharm’s Chief Executive Officer, Robert Mansfield, and its Chief Financial Officer, Graham Yeatman, under the Company's Share Option Scheme (the 'Scheme'). These grants were part of the annual, company-wide performance-based remuneration review.
