History

Neuropharm Limited, the principal trading subsidiary of Neuropharm Group, was incorporated in July 2005.

Neuropharm joined the AIM market in March 2007. The £20 million funding raised from the placing will be used to develop the Group’s pipeline products, primarily the final stages of US development, registration and launch of the Company’s lead product, fluoxetine in autism.
